Ward Thomas are certainly making 2016 their year. Following their Radio 2 A-List success with the single ‘Carry You Home’, which also spend 7 weeks at the top of the iTunes country chart, their much anticipated sophomore album ‘Cartwheels’ will be released on September 2nd, with a new, poppy single called ‘Guilty Flowers’ to boot. The track blends blissful harmonies with honest lyrics that capture a range of emotions veering from the joyous to the heartbroken. See them perform ‘Guilty Flowers’ below!

Lincs FM were kind enough to help the girls on their way to UK country stardom by putting on a free showcase gig with Ward Thomas on the 21st of July. They ran a competition to win tickets to the exclusive gig, the likes of which has only rarely happened in the past for artists such as Adele – a huge opportunity for the band!

The girls’ classic country sound with a British twist has been extremely well received, and they’ll be out on tour in October with a run of 16 UK dates taking them all over the country.
