Ana Shine’s musical journey started at a young age; from picking up her first violin at just five years old to moving to London as an adult to pursue her passion as a singer/songwriter, her work ethic has always been; “If not now, when?”
Having developed a strong work ethic from her years in modelling around the world, Ana began work with world renowned vocal coach David Grant, bringing out the best in her vocally and connecting her with Andrew Yeates (Calum Scott, Sam Fischer), a producer who helped Ana discover her true creative purpose – expressing her experiences in life through music.
“I get my inspiration from my life experiences. Sometimes it can be difficult to express your emotions but if you’re more open and raw with your feelings, it can be much easier to deliver.”
After beginning work with co-writer and fellow artist Drew Thomas in early 2021, Ana began work on her second album ‘Digital Love’, a series of songs about love in our current climate and a timeline of experiences with lust and physical attraction through technology.
“I think each of the songs has its own message; some were written from inspiration while others are my own experiences, which I hope can help others to make the right decision when they need to.”
Having worn her heart on her sleeve but also avowing an extremely veiled persona, Ana’s lyricism and poetry nods towards an artist with stories to share and a history of love, loss and passion.
